Finding the right home for every dog in our care is our priority. To ensure the best possible match, we follow a straightforward adoption process.

1. Application
Complete an application telling us about yourself, your household and the home you can offer.

2. Chat with Our Team
We'll contact you to discuss your application, answer questions and get to know you better.

3. Agreement in Principle
If we're all happy to proceed, we'll provisionally agree to the adoption, subject to the remaining checks.

4. Home Check
An in-person home check is mandatory. We'll need to see where the dog will eat, sleep and exercise, and meet other household members and pets. Video checks are not accepted.

5. Meet & Greet
You and your family, including any resident dogs, must visit the dog at their current location at least once before adoption. Multiple visits are encouraged where possible.

6. Finalising the Adoption
Once everyone is happy, we'll complete the adoption agreement, confirm a rehoming date, arrange transport and collect the agreed care contribution to help the next dog in need.
